Caroline Huang, MD, FACE
Caroline Huang was born and raised in Dearborn, Michigan. She earned her medical degree from Michigan State University and completed her Internal Medicine residency at Georgetown University Hospital, where she also served as Chief Medical Resident. She subsequently pursued fellowship training in Endocrinology through the combined Georgetown University/Washington Hospital Center program under the leadership of Dr. Joseph Verbalis and Dr. Kenneth Burman.
Dr. Huang is deeply committed to the foundations of good health, emphasizing the importance of whole foods, regular physical activity, adequate sleep, and strong mental well-being. She is dedicated to patient-centered care, placing individuals at the heart of medical decision-making and valuing the trust and connection that define the doctor–patient relationship.
Outside of her professional work, Dr. Huang enjoys a wide range of outdoor pursuits with her family. She has completed more than a dozen half-marathons and triathlons, hiked the Alta Via 1 trail in the Italian Dolomites, and cycled Taiwan’s round-country 1,000-kilometer Cycling Route No. 1—an experience that honored her heritage. She lives in Arlington, VA with her husband and two dogs, and is the mother of two grown sons.
